ABOUT US

Shabuta is a family-led art heritage house dedicated to preserving the legacy of Baba Shabu—an American-born, Pan-African artist whose work bridged cultures, continents, and generations. His paintings draw from the stories, traditions, and spiritual experiences he absorbed while living and creating across Africa, expressing a deep commitment to ancestral connection and cultural unity. Through museum-quality limited edition prints—each released in a strictly limited edition of four—we honor his vision and share his powerful message of love, heritage, and human connection. Our mission is to continue the work Baba Shabu lived for: bridging worlds and uplifting communities through art.
